We offer an expansive and professional selection of top-of-the-line gear. We'll make sure you have the right equipment for the job, so you're not paying for something you don't need.
Deposits
All customers are required to leave a security deposit when renting gear. The deposit amount charged depends upon the equipment being rented. New renters will be charged a deposit equal to the full retail value of each item being rented. American Express credit cards are not accepted for deposits.
Liability
Any damage or loss, excluding mechanical failure from normal use, is the responsibility of the renter. We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from equipment use, misuse or failure. Insurance coverage is not required unless the total value of gear being rented exceeds $10,000. The renter is responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage, proof of which may be required at time of pick-up.
RENTAL RESERVATIONS
Product availability is not guaranteed. We accept rental reservations via phone or email up to one month in advance. Please book reservations at your earliest convenience to ensure you're able to rent the gear you need.
RENTAL RATES
- An item's day rate is based on a 24 hour period.
- Weekend rentals are charged as one day. Gear must be picked up Friday or Saturday and returned on Monday to qualify for the weekend rate.
- One week rentals will be charged as 3.5 days.
- For periods longer than one week, contact a rental representative for a quote.
