West Photo will be open to customers again starting Tuesday, May 26th. We want to thank our customers for their support during this transitional time. We look forward to serving you again and are doing our best to create a safe and welcoming environment for our employees and customers as we begin to welcome you back into our store.

In order to keep everyone safe, please note the current changes at our store:

 

STORE HOURS

Monday - Friday
10am-5pm

 

CURBSIDE PICKUP

When possible, we recommend using curbside pickup. Photofinishing services and products that don't require a personal in-store visit will be brought to your car. Call 612-379-2321 when you arrive so we can bring your order to you.


MASKS MUST BE WORN IN THE STORE

The city of Minneapolis has issued an order requiring people over the age of 2 to wear a face mask or similar coverings inside stores or any indoor gathering spot. If you do not have a mask or are not comfortable wearing one, we are able to offer curbside pickup. 

LIMITED NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS IN STORE

Until further notice, we will be limiting the number of customers in our store to a total of 4. We can safely accommodate 3 people in our retail space and 1 person at our rental counter.


APPOINTMENTS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED

For customers that need to be in the store, we will be taking appointments starting on May 26.  In order to keep our customers and staff safe, we will do our best to limit the time in our store to 15 minutes per customer. You are still welcome to come to the store without an appointment, but may have to wait depending on the number of customers in the store and any ongoing appointments. For now, all appointments will be taken over the phone: 612-379-2321

ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS WE ARE TAKING

  • Hand sanitizer is available when you enter and leave the store.

  • Employees will wear masks at all time and disposable gloves when handling any gear.

  • Disposable gloves available for customers if they need to handle any gear.

  • All touch-points will be sanitized after each customer visit.

  • Plexiglass shields in place at all registers.

  • Increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing the store

  • Restrooms in the store will be unavailable
